Monday is supposed to be a lesser than norm
bridge puzzle. And although leading a low trump toward dummy, instead of an honor, is completely necessary, the process of understanding why, should appeal to all bridge wannabes.
That play, while duck soup to some, will often not be carefully exploited, allowing a kibitzer or sadly a participant, sometime in the future another quack at it.
Nothing succeeds like success, not to mention wearing the GOAT’s horns (Not, in this case, greatest of all time), but rather perhaps on the way to eventually being.
In other words, “welcome Monday”, We all knew you would join us.
