Yes, and although the NS action to 6NT was only mildly revealing, neither side benefited.
But perhaps would have, if in fact, West had been dealt the 10 of hearts.
However, after examining West’s options to lead, almost all indications point to hearts as the lead of choice, even if North would have not transferred, but merely leaped to 6NT.

What happens if East discards two diamonds, a spade, and a club. That’s what my Bridge Baron robot opponent did, and this sets the slam.
