East defended brilliantly but perhaps declarer overlooked a resource. South could have led K of club and continued with club. East wins and leads heart but now south having still heart control , knowing that east has K of spades for his bid after west leads diamond ace, prays for nine of spades with west and leads spade six or three finessing seven. Now the contract should come home irrespective of what east does

Nice one AVRR. You realise TOCM gives East SK alone (or Kx) with clubs 2-4 thugh.
