Looking at all 4 hands, West can bomb-proof the defence by leading the SK at T1 then playing the HQ. Even the dopiest East should get things right now. Always easy in hindsight tbf and this might have set up declarer’s 9th trick under different circumstances e.g. if South held QJx(x) and HAJx but needed a spade trick at some point.
