HI Bobby,
Once again the need for homework (e.g. East dropping H8 from J8x under the HK at pairs) is clear. Lockdown and isolation are depressing but this is the opportunity for study which will pay off when some sort of normal existence returns.
Keep well!
Iain
Hi Iain,
My guess of what percentage the whole wide world’s supply of people who play bridge, might understand the reason for the defensive heart falsecard, especially the small percentage who play in tournaments (or, used to, as you describe, before the pandemic) would be about: 0.0001% with, even that, being a slight overbid.
However, hooray for still doing so.
suppose the auction goes
RHO you LHO partner
1C pass 1H pass
3NT all pass
you hold, S, H, D and C in order below
K10xx
K10xx
xx
Kxx
which suit would you lead?
thanks
