Hi Everyone,

While I, of course, am hoping that everyone who reads (and digests) today’s hand will appreciate its order, application and indeed, glamour with scoring this contract up.

At least to me, it is a classic for reading the likely location of the key defensive cards and then exercising the order of playing each trick to take advantage of it.

Since everyone can then read for him or herself the declarer order, while at the table with the same responsibility, it becomes both critical and necessary for the declarer to envision the ending and then, again of course, play accordingly.

Not everyone is capable of such an enterprise, although many conquer the task, by concentrating on what is necessary to reach higher levels while playing the game.

IOW, all I am attempting to do, is send out an all purpose alert to the necessity of conquering their fears of what is necessary to compete in a very high level stage of our beautiful game.

Good luck to those who try, and keep in mind that succeeding at this critical stage of becoming a very good player is necessary, could be enough incentive to get there from here.

If not, playing bridge can still be fun in a not so serious environment, but don’t expect to completely enjoy every hand, a must, if you are dealt the tools to mightily conquer its essence.
