Huge public acclaim becomes totally necessary to convey what every bridge player should
realize to our heroes, Sally & Iain, or Iain & Sally. Without which, our beloved game will
have been denied its challenge, and with it, the thirst for all logic, indigenous to living a normal enough life, but one lacking with every day, gleaning clear, and to the point, thinking
through solvable problems.
Thank you Sally for maintaining your unbelievable desire to come to the aid of all of our power, without which, to many, if not all of us, would be similar to losing one of our best friends. And, of course, to our most frequent helpmate, Iain, without which, I refuse to think of that result.
Finally, Sally, you continue to deserve whatever we can supply to keep very dark views from overtaking so many of the rest of us. Just say the word how I can lighten your load
and enable all of us to express our deep thanks for your, oh such special, involvement.

No doubt your cool thinking regarding Sally’s helpfulness is right on, but I had been used to, most of my adult life, to avoid the tasks I now must endure, therein making me, no doubt,
a much less valuable person to be. Sadly, but truthfully and unfortunately, true.
