Hi Dear Mr Wolff
Very very instructive from declarer play point. If declarer plays honor from dummy, there is no way he can make the contract .
But perhaps west was a little ambitious. Seeing those four hearts in hand, he should have forced declarer leading a diamond. Once declarer draws trumps after ruffing third diamond, he needs to utilise the only entry for club finesse but east will cover only second club ensuring one more trick for defense. Even if declarer makes the simple inference that east holds both black kings, he can try A of spade and spade for east to win. But east who still retains four carded club discarding a spade and diamond on third and fourth heart, can exit with low club. If south wins cheaply, he loses another trick to K of clubs and if dummy wins with ten, east wins a trick with club nine. Leading indeed poses a formidable problem sometimes
