Exactly how sensible do you think 4S is by South? It is an aceless hand and he has DKJxx sitting over east’s bid. If the defence start off with two rounds of spade and then a third when taking the HK there might be a trump promotion while there are a spade, a trump and 3D losers as a minimum as far as I can see.
