When I played this hand back in the 2021 Slush Cup (obviously the true origin of the deal), I sat West.
My partner had the East Hand, but his spade suit was AKQ109. He opened 1S and jumped to 4S (my raise was bookended by a Hs overcall and raise), which South happily doubled.
He received the AH lead, and put his hand on his heart at the appearance of the second 10S.
He later admitted that he was not thinking straight so, after ruffing the opening lead (tapping dummy), he tried to hold down the carnage (how was he ever going to explain the impending score to our teammates?!) by coming to the AD for a second H ruff.
And — Lo! — didst a +690 miracle occur!
He still had to explain the score to our teammates, of course, but they somehow found it within themselves to forgive him.
