I know it is usually a mistake to comment when I am tired, but in the last paragraph, “East might consider ducking, but should not do so…”, should that read East might consider overtaking …?

Perhaps that line referred to East’s play on the opening lead, hence the mention of West possibly holding K102.
BTW, with my luck, if I sat West, then East would win the AH and return the JH …
