Perhaps there is more inference. Holding both KQ of hearts, west almost certainly would have led heart K ( the inference he has eight carded heart suit goes without saying) and he led diamond: in slam contracts, no one underleads K unless partner bids the suit ( even Zia would not on this hand though he led an unsupported K once to take the contract down drawing a subtle inference) . So, play low from dummy making the contract
Interestingly, if west indeed leads K of hearts, south would be on the horns of a dilemma : whom to play for K of diamonds. If south feels west holds it, win, draw trumps, strip clubs and play heart and if east holds it, win, draw trumps, strip clubs and lead A of diamonds and diamond back
