Hi Everyone,
Just because I think timely, will I endeavor to throw in what I surmise intelligent, not necessarily to become a better player, but one who delves in real life pluses and minuses
rather than specific episodes.
Methinks, with the goal of reaching one’s highest order of ability, do not fall in the trap of
concentrating too hard and long with the paradoxes of unusual situations which may or may not ever appear formally on the scene, but definitely arises side interest in just what a magical and far reaching the game of bridge really is, when taken to extreme.
A subject often covered with the many books on our delightful challenge, especially after finding a way to hold one’s own, even when playing with and/or against some top players, or even to not have that happen, but instead, read the many books which discuss unusual situations which may rise, but almost never do.
Such is the hand above, and while of great interest to some, only is meant to challenge anyone who may doubt the many extremes our stellar game can produce.
To say any more, a usual fault of mine, is enough for me not to guild this lily, but allow you, the reader, a chance to ponder what should be done on this 52 card collection, but not to
get carried away with thoughts of “just too difficult”, or instead worse with “I’m trying to
understand when I should finesse or not, and some bridge freak is trying to turn my attention to thoughts of paradise where even orchids are not satisfactory”.
to the supernatural, that only this game can produce.” ’nuff said, I hope!
