Just imagine, as West first leading a high diamond (depending on convention) against a 4 heart contract than following with a small one for the right reason (and it will always be so, simply because of how unusual it will be talked about). Then to reek the necessary marvelous result, down one instead of making, should (will) rightly establish West as a mathematical genius (possibly an overbid) but certainly on the right track. Such could be the goal of some talented in bridge guy or gal who becomes infatuated with our great game.
Is such a thing possible? Sure, but it will take much experience and a mind capable of foreseeing in advance what may turn out to be a difficult hand to play and defend. The specific entire bidding sequence may be of great advantage to the defense.

My concern here is that partner has shown length with 10643 when the small D at T2 misfires horribly!
On the suggested line, S has two club entries to dummy. Lead SK, if it runs then 5. If not then after ruffing D re enter dummy and lead HQ. South loses S,H,D. What am I missing? (Unusual for W to lead low D though)
